shipping procedures
Blank clothing orders are shipped daily to reduce turnaround time. Shipping to Quebec and Ontario locations takes 2-3 business days; shipping to the rest of Canada takes 3-5 business days.
We use FedEx, UPS and Canada Post's courier services (all services include tracking numbers and insurance). Overnight and Next Day services are also available upon request.
Shipping costs are determined by weight and package dimensions and billed to the customer.
Orders received after 3pm EST will be treated the following business day.
Orders featuring printing and/or embroidery typically take 8-10 business days to complete. Standard delivery times apply.
