Every guide and sample, one page.

See a real dossier, learn the input format, turn any paper into a held-out test, or hand the platform a raw instrument file. Direct downloads, no form.

The single fastest way to understand what the platform hands back. Two real reports: one small-molecule, one protein.

Sample dossier · small molecules
A real taste and aroma report on a panel of molecules, primary taste, off-note culprit, masking, and the mechanism behind every call, from structure alone.

Sample dossier · proteins
The full protein instrument panel on whey and plant proteins, mass, fold, unfolding temperature, size, charge, gelation, DIAAS and allergen family, each computed from the sequence and rendered in its instrument's native format.

Run your own

Format your data, read every number back, and check the platform against ground truth you already hold.

Format & output guide
How to format your compounds or proteins, which fields drive which instrument, and how to read every number back.

Instrument-file ingestion

Read a raw instrument file straight into a validated dossier.

RAW INSTRUMENT FILE → VALIDATED DOSSIER
LC-MS instrument-file ingestion
Hand the platform an instrument file , the Waters .raw and Agilent .d vendor binaries, or the open JCAMP .dx text export , and it reads it with no manufacturer software, recovers the chromatogram, the mass spectrum and the UV purity, and checks the measured mass against the mass predicted from structure (the mass-conservation guardrail). One decoder opens every vendor binary; wiring it straight through to a validated taste / aroma / functionality dossier is what’s ours.
